About the Service

New and expectant parents can benefit from birth and/or lactation support. Pregnant individuals can work with a certified birth educator and lactation counsellor to learn strategies to prepare for birth such as breathing techniques, and muscle relaxation and contraction exercises. Those who are breastfeeding and seeking guidance or assistance can work with a physiotherapist to find solutions to common obstacles such as tissue inflammation, lactation function, and pain.

If you are preparing for childbirth, attend my prenatal classes to learn how to advocate for yourself, birth planning, comfort measures & partner support, learn about your pain relief options during birth, how to prepare for breastfeeding and so much more.

If you’re a nursing mom and are struggling with baby’s weight loss, pain in your body/breasts/nipples, your baby has suddenly stopped nursing or prefers a bottle, your baby rejects the bottle, you’d like to plan for pumping & combo feeding, your child prefers one side, your baby struggles to stay on the breast, you have supply issues, want to stop supplementing, need help with your pump - I can help you with this and so much more.
