My passions for sports and human function is what led me to pursue chiropractic medicine. Through my involvement in sports I’ve suffered a plethora of injuries including a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus to mention a few. Despite these injuries I continue to train and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling.

I began my education at the university of Winnipeg where I studied exercise science before attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Toronto, ON). The thing out love about being a chiropractor is that I get to help people get back to doing what they love whether that be playing with their children, exercising pain free, or returning to the sports they love!

I would describe how I practice as being function and movement based. I strive to make patients care specific to their needs and support them achieving their goals. I use a variety of therapies to complement exercise in order to relieve pain and restore my patients function. I believe the best results come from coaching patients how they can take back control from their pain and get back to doing what they love!
