I’m Lexie, a pre and postnatal certified trainer!
I’ve worked full time in fitness since I was 25, but during my last pregnancy I dove into pre-and post-natal nutrition research, became certified in peri-natal training, and went all in on learning about core and pelvic floor rehab.
I specialize in working with postpartum women at all stages, but most specifically within their first year postpartum. I take an evidence-based approach to help moms achieve their best-ever physiques while maintaining their milk supplies, navigating the transition into motherhood and dealing with all of the stresses of postpartum.
Having breastfed both of my kids, helping moms figure out how to hit their fitness goals while nursing has a special place in my heart!
