Sam graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Athletic Therapy. She then Certified in 2021 with the Canadian Athletic TherapyAssociation (CATA). Sam’s treatment style is patient centred. Focusing on exercise techniques, manual therapy, and supporting her clientele to develop confidence in their own body to safely return to work, sport, or activities of daily living.
When Sam isn’t treating clients at Omnia Therapy, she is working at Pan Am Clinic as an Athletic Therapist in the Casting department for the treatment of orthopaedic injuries. Sam has worked with many different sports such as college basketball, provincial soccer and lacrosse. Her favourite sport to work is hockey. She is the current Athletic Therapist for the Winnipeg Freeze in the MJHL for the 2022-2023 season and has previously been with the St James Jr. Canucks in the MMJHL for the past 3 years.
Sam is currently accepting new patients. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients, including industrial workers, all skill level of athletes, and the general population with a muscle, bone, or joint injury. She is also taking MPI and WCB clients.
